Madison Wilde

Hello, I am Madison Wilde. I am a Therapist at Orange County Therapy. I work with individuals who are looking for support as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and substance use recovery. My goal is to provide a space where you can feel comfortable being open and honest while working toward meaningful change.

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling with an emphasis in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Denver. I have a wide range of clinical experience. Recently, I have worked with clients processing difficult experiences, build healthier coping strategies, and reconnect with their sense of self in addiction treatment.

My approach to therapy is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed approaches to help clients better understand the patterns, beliefs, and emotional experiences that may be shaping their lives. I believe that when we begin to understand ourselves with greater compassion, real change becomes possible.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but it can also be the beginning of meaningful growth. If you’re interested in connecting, I’d be happy to schedule a brief 5–15 minute consultation to see if working together feels like the right fit.
