Nicole Vazirian
Hello, I am Nicole Vazirian. I am a therapist at Orange County Therapy. I work with individuals, couples, and families. My interest in psychotherapy comes from a deep appreciation for how our life experiences shape us, from early childhood to the present. Psychotherapy can help, whether you are dealing with anxiety, a situational problem, or long-term relational struggles. Working together, we can develop a greater understanding of your inner world and emotional patterns.
In therapy, we can build a relationship that fosters openness and collaboration. I tailor my approach to your needs and offer a safe space for exploring difficult topics. My areas of interest include relational psychodynamic psychotherapy, adult attachment and interpersonal dynamics, emotional regulation, anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders, burnout and work-related stress, as well as grief, loss, and life transitions.
I received my B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and my M.S. in Counseling with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Fullerton. In addition, I earned my Doctorate in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University.
I currently offer in-person sessions and telehealth. Reaching out for care can feel vulnerable. I invite you to take the first step by seeking support. I offer a 5-15 minute complimentary consultation to answer questions and help schedule your first appointment.
